This course gives you opportunities for students to develop relevant, technical, vocational and interpersonal competencies suitable for employment in a hospitality environment and provides pathways for university and other tertiary study.
In this course you will have the opportunity develop a knowledge of the hospitality industry, gain a defined set of food preparation and cookery skills. These technical skills along with the vocational and interpersonal skills will prepare you for entry level employment in the hospitality industry and provides pathways for university and other tertiary study.
You will have the opportunity to undertake hospitality work placement to put theory into real-world practice.
